This is the workout that i was talking about earlier this morning!

It targets everywhere, and not to mention…


No fancy or expensive workout equipment necessary!

This is the dance of the KAMA SUTRA!

It doesn’t appear to be that difficult to do, but trust you me….

It HURTS!!!!!!!!

For this exercise, you will use a regular chair for pushups dips.

*hey all, here is a simple arm routine you can do to strengthen the arms, strengthen the chest, tone the triceps and tone the chest, tone the biceps.

get a great arm routine. tone your arms without weights,
do this arm routine in a hotel room, at home, in your dorm room, on the road, wherever.

do 3-5 sets of 10 reps 3-5 time a week for maximum results. really working shoulders, biceps, triceps, pecs and core.

The Big Booty Workout!

Alright Ladies…

We all know what is becoming more unavoidable than a pimple perched on your perfect little nose; a ginormous badonkadonk. Unavoidable as in what is becoming necessary… not unavoidable as in something that is dragging behind you like a wedding dress train… The fact of the matter is this: To be hot these days you have to be a walking checklist!

* toned arms

* a curvy and whittled waist

* nice slim but athletic legs and thighs

* a brazilian tan

* sparkling bleach white teeth

* huge pouty lips

* immaculate makeup

* huge boobies

* long, thick, voluptuous hair

* and last but not least… A GINORMOUS ASS!

Not a wobbly and jiggly mass of a thing, but a muscular and toned, round but still sturdy and table like ass! *one that your man can put his beer on without any spills* Yup, and it probably wouldn’t hurt to be capable of individual butt cheek muscle control so you can do the “stripper clap”…

It’s entirely too much to ask of a busy girl these days to do even half of the things on that check list, but you know what? i can show you how to fake most of it! That’s right! However, the things i can not help you fake, we will find remedies for! Preferrably high impact, very little time consuming, quicker than quick results from the exercises i do happen to find!

Step 1

Move your feet shoulder-width distance apart to start doing squats. Squat down by lowering your butt down and back as though you were about to sit in a chair. Keep your chest facing forward and don’t allow your knees to pass your toes as you squat down.

Step 2

Stand with feet slightly apart to do forward lunges. Step forward with your right leg and shift your hips forward and down so that the thigh of your right leg is parallel to the floor and the knee of your right leg is directly over your ankle. Also, draw your left knee down toward the floor so that your left shin is parallel to the floor. To return to your starting position, spring your right leg up from the lunge by pushing through your leg and foot and placing it next to your left foot.

Step 3

Get down on your hands and knees to perform bent-knee hip extensions. Place your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Keep your back straight by tightening your core. Lift your right foot and leg up behind you, without straightening your knee, until your right thigh is parallel to the floor. Slowly lower back down. Repeat with the other leg.

Step 4

Lie on your back with your arms lying flat on the floor along your sides to begin glute bridges. Bend your knees so that you can put your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your butt as your slowly lift your hips until you have formed a straight line from your knees through your hips and to your shoulders. Hold for a few second and slowly lower back down.

Step 5

Stretch your arms out in front of you and legs out behind you, lying on your stomach, to perform supermans. Tighten your core as you lift your upper torso, including your straight arms and hips, including straight legs up into the air. Hold and slowly lower back down.

Step 6

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor to stretch the gluteal muscles. Cross your right ankle over your left knee. Lift your left knee, with your ankle still crossed, and gently pull your left knee and right ankle into your chest until you feel a stretch in your right gluteal muscles. Hold for at least 20 seconds and repeat with the other leg. Stretch after each workout session.

Tips and Warnings

  • Do one to three sets of eight to 12 repetitions of each exercise. For the exercises that include doing exercises on the right and left legs separately, do eight to 12 repetitions on each leg. Be sure to allow at least one day in between working out the gluteal muscles to allow them to rest.
  • Always consult your health care provider when beginning an exercise regimen. Some of these exercises may be difficult for those with knee or hip problems.

Best leg workout for a quick fix!

The best i have found so far anyways…

If you do not have a weight, use your purse packed to the max!

It doesn’t take much time, but it rids your legs of flab!

My saddlebags have always been a problem,

so i was super happy to find this one!

Hope everyone else can enjoy it as much as i have!

Tommorrow i will be off again,

i will see what i can post on,

probably exercise again…

But something interesting and fun!
